Meet the Team
Jessica Galea Quirolo
FounderI am Jessica, a Warranted Gestalt Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychology Practitioner, but also a wife, a mummy to a beautiful baby girl, a lover of nature, and someone who finds deep joy in creativity and in life’s small, meaningful moments.
With over nine years of experience across hospitals, NGOs, and private practice, I have had the privilege of accompanying people through some of their most vulnerable chapters, including illness, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
My background includes a Master of Psychology in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy, and my work is deeply rooted in a person-centred, relational approach.
What truly guides my work, however, is a passion for walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves.
I am especially drawn to working with health-related challenges, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and those quiet existential moments when we pause and ask, ‘Who am I now?’ and ‘What truly matters to me?’
I believe growth and healing involve both the mind and the body. Our stories live not only in our thoughts, but in our breath, posture, sensations, and nervous system. In therapy, I gently integrate body awareness, grounding, and mindfulness, with the aim to help you come back home to yourself.
I also love working creatively. Sometimes words are not enough, and that is where imagery, metaphor, movement, drawing, and other expressive tools can open new doors to insight, self-compassion, and healing. Therapy, for me, is a space where curiosity, creativity, and kindness meet.
Outside the therapy room, you will often find me in nature, with my family, exploring new hobbies, or soaking in the simple magic of everyday life.
Mae Galea Quirolo
Co-FounderThree years old, French Bulldog, calm yet energetic, silly yet surprisingly wise.
Mae is our unofficial (very unlicensed) co-therapist, emotional barometer, and professional nap supervisor.
She has a remarkable sensitivity to emotions, offering quiet companionship when things feel heavy and playful mischief when lightness is needed.
In her own gentle way, Mae teaches one of my favourite lessons in therapy: that we are made of beautiful opposites. Strength and softness. Joy and sadness. Stillness and excitement. By embracing all of our polarities, we begin to feel more whole, more human, and more at peace with who we are.
Together, we look forward to welcoming you into a space where every part of you is invited and where growth and healing can unfold with warmth, depth, and the occasional cuddle of a Frenchie.
