Il-Fosdqa Psychotherapy Clinic
This is a space where growth and healing meet warmth, curiosity, creativity…
and the occasional snore from a French Bulldog.
Meet the Team
We are Jessica and Mae … the official and unofficial co-therapists behind this practice.
Together, we offer a gentle and grounded space where you are welcome just as you are.
Here, therapy is not about being “fixed”.
It is about being met with compassion, honesty, and respect for your unique story.
We believe growth and healing happen in relationship, in safety, connection, and sometimes ... a little canine support.
Our Story
Il-Fosdqa Psychotherapy Clinic unfolded and came together naturally.
I have always worked within public service, organisations, and private clinics ... spaces that shaped me deeply as a therapist.
But recently becoming a mother gently changed my rhythm. I found myself wanting to remain connected to this world of therapy, while also creating a life that allows me to be present at home.
From that place, this practice began ... something slower, more intentional, and closer to my heart.
A space where I could also bring Mae into the picture… my companion through life’s highs and lows.
In many ways, this feels like a dream I did not quite know I was building.
And while I have deeply valued every space I have worked in before, I now look forward with compassion and curiosity to seeing where this journey unfolds.
